Eltrea’s first year – Thank you for being part of the journey
Eltrea has now completed its first year – and what a year it has been. I’d like to take a moment to reflect on what we’ve learned, what we’ve achieved, and where we’re headed next. I share this openly, because one of our core values is to be Worthy of Your Trust.
When Eltrea was born on March 7, 2024, through the merger of three companies, we didn’t take the step lightly. It was the result of countless conversations, joint workshops, and above all, a strong belief that together we can be more.
This past year, much of our work has taken place behind the scenes: uniting cultures, refining ways of working, and laying the foundations for the future. Change doesn’t happen overnight, but we’ve already seen its power. At times, it may have felt like our entrepreneur team spent more time in meeting rooms than on construction sites—but taking the time to clarify our shared direction has proven essential.
At the same time, we’ve done what we do best: high-quality electrical contracting. Over the past year, we’ve delivered more than 50 projects across residential new builds, renovations, and commercial spaces.
Naturally, we care deeply about the feedback we receive. That’s why we recently carried out a customer satisfaction survey. We’re grateful to everyone who responded—thank you!
The results confirm we’re on the right path: our Net Promoter Score (NPS) came in at 87—an excellent outcome on a scale from -100 to +100. This strong result is a reflection of our dedicated team and the valuable collaboration with our clients and partners. High satisfaction arises when everyone involved in a project pulls together—from design to delivery, and from contractors to material suppliers. Our value of One Team extends beyond company borders to include every professional on site.
The key to satisfied customers is a committed and motivated team. Amidst the changes, we’ve made it a priority to support our people. We’ve listened to their thoughts, taken action on their feedback, and communicated actively—often through video updates from our entrepreneurs. We’re happy to report that our employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is 47, a sign of a strong, positive team spirit.
Eltrea’s first year has been both intense and rewarding. With a solid foundation now in place, we’re turning our focus outward—toward better service and creating more meaningful outcomes together. In the coming year, we aim to deepen our partnerships with both clients and suppliers. We believe that the best results come from trust, open dialogue, and shared goals.
As part of strengthening these partnerships, we’ll be investing more time in conversation and collaboration. We’ve also prepared introductions of our entrepreneur team, so you can get to know us better as individuals and as a collective. These videos will be available soon on our website and LinkedIn.
