New Energy for New Constructions in Espoo’s Vermonniitty

Eltrea’s (formerly Lujasähkö) collaboration with Bonava Suomi began in 2017 when Eltrea was given the opportunity to prove its capabilities in large-scale electrical contracting.

By 2021, this partnership had resulted in six residential apartment buildings developed by Bonava in Espoo’s Vermonniitty area, comprising a total of 418 apartments. In addition to the residential buildings, Bonava constructed a ground-level parking facility with 418 spaces, for which Eltrea also handled the electrical contracting.
