New energy for Toukola’s iconic apartment buildings

A major renovation project has been completed in Helsinki’s Toukola district, where three landmark nine-story apartment buildings were fully refurbished. Eltrea was responsible for renewing the electrical systems and building a solar power plant utilizing the roofs of the buildings. The project began in 2023 and was completed on schedule.
